Where to begin

Start with a clear application plan.

Before assembling documents or committing funds, establish how the programme fits your objectives and the family members you wish to include.

Your first discussion covers your citizenships, country of residence, family circumstances, available capital and intended timeframe.

We help you assess initial suitability, understand the announced routes and identify matters requiring closer review. You receive a clear explanation of the service, costs and next steps before proceeding.

The journey below explains the support and preparation involved. Final government rules determine the submission procedure and when each investment or payment must be made.

The application journey

From your first enquiry to completion.

Expert guidance brings the decisions, documents and application stages together, with support throughout.

01 / Initial review

Discuss eligibility and objectives

Review your personal background, citizenships and residence history. Identify your reasons for seeking Argentine citizenship and any circumstances that require individual assessment.

02 / Route and family

Choose your application structure

Compare the Treasury contribution and government security routes. Confirm the family members you wish to include and review the relevant contributions, professional fees and additional costs.

03 / Document preparation

Build your application file

Receive a tailored checklist based on the confirmed requirements. Gather the identity, civil-status and financial evidence relevant to your application, with guidance on certification, translations and legalisation where required.

04 / Submission

Proceed through the confirmed channel

Your application is prepared and coordinated for submission once the operational arrangements are confirmed. Follow the prescribed investment and payment instructions at the stage required by the final procedure.

05 / Government review

Stay supported during assessment

The authorities assess the application and may request further information. Receive guidance on responding to requests and updates as your application progresses.

06 / Following approval

Complete citizenship documentation

If approved, receive guidance on the required completion steps and the applicable identity and passport procedures. Any attendance or travel requirements will be explained as part of your application plan.

This is an outline of the application journey, not a government-issued procedural timetable. Final rules govern sequencing, submission and payment requirements.

Prepare your information

What will you need to provide?

Begin by understanding the evidence relevant to your circumstances. Your final document checklist will reflect the confirmed programme requirements.

  • Identity and residence information Your current passport details, citizenships, address and residence history.
  • Family and civil-status records Information about your spouse and children, with records establishing the relationships where required.
  • Background information Your immigration history and any criminal, regulatory or reputational matters that need to be reviewed.
  • Source-of-funds evidence Information explaining how the capital was obtained and the supporting financial records relevant to it.
  • Document formalities Translations, certifications or legalisation as required by the final checklist.

For the initial enquiry, provide an outline of your circumstances. Sensitive documents can be requested separately through the appropriate process.

Investment and family costs

Understand the commitment before proceeding.

Your application quotation should distinguish the programme amount from professional fees and additional costs.

Treasury contribution

US$350,000

The announced non-refundable contribution for a principal applicant.

Government security

US$800,000

The announced subscription amount for the programme-specific government security. Review the final investment terms before choosing this route.

Including your family

The announced additional Treasury contributions are US$100,000 for a spouse, US$100,000 for a child aged 18–25 who is unmarried and has no children, and US$25,000 for a child under 18.

A principal applicant, spouse and two children under 18 have an announced Treasury contribution total of US$500,000.

Government assessment

A prepared application still needs approval.

Your application is assessed by the Argentine authorities. Specialist guidance helps you prepare the evidence and navigate the process.

The announced assessment covers identity, lawful and traceable funds, financial circumstances, jurisdictional risk, criminal and reputational records, and immigration history.

The Agency for Citizenship by Investment Programs leads the evaluation with other public bodies. Its recommendation goes to the National Directorate of Migration, which decides whether to approve or reject the application.

Approval cannot be guaranteed by paying the investment amount or engaging a service provider.
